The Sony Bravia V Series for 2009, also know as the Sony V5100 series should be a popular range as it’s placed just below of most expensive highend range, so it’s well priced, but still offers very impressive specifications.
The Sony Bravia V5100 series contains features previously only found in the very top of the range models from 2008, such as MotionFlow 120Hz technology and Sony Bravia Engine 2.
With sizes ranging from the 40-inch Sony KDL-40V5100, to the 46-inch Sony KDL-46V5100 and 52-inch Sony KDL-52V5100. All three models feature a Full HD / 1080p LCD panel, with MotionFlow 120Hz technology, which doubles the frame rate to produce very sharp images which retain their detail during fast motion scenes, eliminating motion blur and image judder.
The Sony Bravia Engine 2 enhances the image in many ways to get the best image quality. A dynamic backlight in conjunction with an optical light sensor, increases the contrast ratio for better colors and black levels, while also reducing energy consumption.
The Sony V5100 series boasts seven HD inputs, including 4 HDMI 1.3 inputs for excellent connectivity, and also a USB photo viewing and music player.
