lc-46hd1eSharp have released a new flagship line of Aquos HDTVs with a whole bunch of great new features. There is the 46-inch LC-46HD1E and the 52-inch LC-52HD1E. They both feature and integrated PVR (personal video recorder) with a 160GB hard drive to store and mange hours of recordings, 100Hz technology which helps to produce clear images during fast motion and of course full 1080p HD resolution. LC37XD1EThe Sharp Aquos LC37XD1E 37-inch LCD features a full 1080p display resolution and integrated digital tuner, with a piano black finish and hidden speakers. Cnet UK have taken a look at the LC37XD1E and say sharp has made some odd decisions about inputs on the LC37XD1E. The LC-32GD8E might not be the latest Aquos from Sharp but at this price and size it is still worth a good look. GP1U Aquos | Gamer HDTV

GP1USharp has released a new line of Aquos HDTVs aimed at the gamer. The GP1U Aquos model has a special “game mode” escpecialy for games with an easy to select remote control to switch to this mode which enabled Vyper Drive which reduces lag, which can be a huge problem for gamers as they want instant responses. The GP1U is avaliable in two sizes, the 32-inch which a 10,000:1 constrast ratio and the 37-inch which has a contrast ratio of 8500:1.

The GP1U series’ side-placed video terminals include a full array of connection options, including HDMIâ„¢, component and composite input. The HDMI and component inputs are compatible with 1080p signals from today’s most advanced video games.

Aquos D43UThe Sharp Aquos D43U series will probably be the most popular new Aquos range as they are well priced and have a wide size range. The D43U range come in at 26″, 32″, 37″, 46″ and 52″ sizes and all have a resolution of 1366×768 and feature a dynamic contrast ratio of 6000:1.

The D43U series offers 1366 x 768 resolution for true 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio, and an enhanced color filter that achieves deep, brilliant colors.

The D43U series features Sharp’s proprietary Advanced Super View LCD panel, which provides an incredibly sharp Dynamic Contrast Ratio of 6000:1, and an enhanced pixel response time of 6ms to further improve the picture quality on fast-moving action scenes. Read more

Aquos D82UThe Sharp Aquos D82U also features the ultra fast 120Hz refresh and is available in 46-inch and 52-inch sizes and has a dynamic contrast ratio of 10,000 and a snappy 4ms response time.

These new AQUOS models are true high-definition TVs, with built-in ATSC, QAM and NTSC tuners for access to DTV and analog TV channels. The D82 series also features full-spec 1080p (1920 x 1080) HDTV resolution, providing consumers with the ultimate high-definition experience. Aquos D92-D93 Series

Aquos D92Sharp have released four new HDTV lines, lead by the Aquos D92 series. The D92 is the 8th generation in the line and is avaliable in 42, 46, 52, and 65-inch sizes. The D93 series is the same, they just differ in visual design. They feature a contrast ratio of 15,000:1 and a very fast response time of just 4ms and 120hz. They are all also 1080p full hd and feature three HDMI ports.

The D92 series, which includes the 52-inch LC-52D92U, 46-inch LC-46D92U and 42-inch LC-42D92U, features the most advanced version of Sharp’s true 16:9 1080p (1920 x 1080 resolution) Advanced Super View Panel, produced at the company’s state-of-the-art, 8th generation LCD plant in Kameyama, Japan. Also joining these new Full HD 1080p AQUOS LCD TVs, is a 65-inch model that shares the same advanced features as the D92U line but offers a varied design.
