Pioneer KRL-32V Reviewed

Most will know that Pioneer are considered the kings of plasma, and their Kuro range of plasma HDTVs constantly receive top marks.  They have also been strictly plasma, and not LCD, but earlier this year Pioneer announced to the world that they are going to release an LCD HDTV range.

The Pioneer KRL-32V is the 32-inch LCD model.  Using the famous Kuro label the Pioneer Kuro KRL-32V has a 1080p / Full HD LCD panel, with a dynamic contrast ratio of 10,000:1 and 100Hz high frame rate technology, to reduce motion blur and image judder.

With a high build quality and stylish brushed aluminum finish the Pioneer KRL-32V look very smart and highend. The Pioneer KRL-32V also features the PureCinema engine which automatically detects the source type, and applies the best processing modes. Cnet UK reviewed the KRL32V positively and said, we really like the Kuro LCD. It’s never going to reach the giddy heights of near perfection that the plasmas from Pioneer do, but that doesn’t make its picture performance any less impressive. We’re excited about this LCD TV and have high hopes that the 42-inch model will be a class leader.
