The Panasonic TH42PX700 builds on their popular PX70 range, the new PX700 model offers an improved sound system and an extra HDMI input, brining the total to a useful three.

The Panasonic TH-42PX700 is a 42-inch plasma HDTV which offers a 1024×768 pixel resolution with a high dynamic contrast of 10,000:1. Images are driven from Panasonic’s V-Real 2 engine which enhances the image quality by reducing noise, enhancing colors and contrast and many other elements to produce a fantastic image. The TH42PX700 can also handle full 1080p HD input from HD DVD and blu-ray sources.

The set looks great with it’s black gloss finish and silver rim along the bottom, and it’s image quality is just as impressive.
