Samsung LE52M87BDAt 52-inches it would be hard to find anyone who does not agree that the benefits of full HD 1080p will clearly visitable at this screen size. The Samsung LE52M87BD offers full 1080p “Full HD” along with direct 1:1 pixel mapping for the highest possible HD images. The older generation of Samsung’s 1080p set, the LE40F71B was far from perfect, with no perfect mapping or digital tuner amongst other things, but with the LE52M87BD, Samsung have fixed all these problems leaving a very nice, impressive and interesting HDTV. ViewSoni N3235wVewsonic have updated their line of low priced HDTVs with with the Viewsonic 35 Series of LCDs which are avaliable now. The 35 series include the 26-inch Viewsonic N2635w, the 32-inch Viewsonic N3235w and the 37-inch Viewsonic N3735w. All come with integrated ATSC/NTSC tuners, have a 1366×768 native HD resolution (for 720p and 1080i HD formats), vivid 500 nits brightness, an 8ms LCD response time and precision video processing to make use of ViewSonic’s Advanced ClearPicture electronics for very smooth and details images during high speed scenes. You may or may not be aware that a lot of modern HDTVs have firmware, which can be updated allowing the set to be upgraded to the very latest version. Many HDTVs have a small USB port which can be used to apply the firmware update (via USB memory stick) as well as form playing back photos and other media. Read more

Sharp’s Cutting Aquos Prices

If there is anything you will be interested in when buying a HDTV, it will be a great deal or cheap HDTVs. There is greats news about Sharp’s Aquos line offering 1080p, according to Twice the minimum advertised pricing (MAP) allowed on certain models from the D62 line has been removed completely, and dropping prices on many of it’s other lines, including D92U, D82U and D72U LCDS. The LN-T4661F is basically identical to the Samsung LN-T4665, but the Samsung LN-T4661F reviewed here does not have a glossy shiny screen which reflected a lot of light from the surrounding room which distracts from viewing.
