MediaGate MG-350HD
The MediaGate MG-350HD has been launched in USA and Canada along with the MG-35 and the MG-25P. The MG-350HD is an entertainment media server which hold a 3.5-inch hard disk of your choice and outputs in NTSC and PAL. It includes WiFi 802.11g wireless and Ethernet, USB2.0, outputs digital and stereo sound, DVI (HDMI adaptor can be used), S-video and component. It can stream HD content and supports MPEG1/2/3/4, AVI, M2V, DAT, VOD, XviD, OGG, WMA, BMP, GIF, and JPEG to name a few.
There is also the MG-35 which is the same but does not have the wireless support, also there is the very small MG-25P which does not have wireless or DVI out and uses a smaller sized 2.5-inch drive.
All the MediaGate devices can be used as instant network storage to share more than just media, they also come with a remote control to select and play back media from the sofa.
MG-350HD will cost$250, the MG-35 $125, and the MG-25P around $80.
