We have had to wait a long time to hear about Hitachi’s new 2009 HDTVs. Unlike most HDTV manufacturers, Hitachi didn’t pre-announce their upcoming models, and decided to let us know just days before their release.
Hitachi have updated their UltraVision series of LCD HDTVs to include the latest three models. All three models feature a Full HD / 1080p LCD panel, along with 120Hz panel speed and Hitachi’s Reel120 smooth movie motion technology. The 120Hz technology keeps the new Hitachi UltraVision models pictures looking sharp and full of details.
Available as the 42-inch Hitachi L42S503, 46-inch Hitachi L46S603, and as the 55-inch Hitachi L55S603. All models feature a very healthy selection of eight HD inputs, including five HDMI 1.3 inputs, so you won’t run short of inputs any time soon!
With a stylish slim, curved black gloss bezel, and slim and light design. They also feature a built-in ATSC/QAM/NTSC tuner for easy access to HD channels. All three UltraVision models are also very energy efficient and have gained the Energy Start qualification.
