Sanyo’s range of Xacti HD camcorders have always been very popular, and now Sanya have added another model to their ever expanding lineup.
Their latest Sanyo Xacti CG11 HD camcorder has the familiar easy to use and hold design, with fold out LCD.
The Sanyo CG11 features a 10 megapixel CMOS sensor which can record 720p HD videos, a take still images at 12mega pixels. The highest quality video mode is HD-SHQ, which records at 1280 x 720 resolution, 30fps and 9Mbps (H.264-encoded MPEG-4). With a 16GB SDHC card the Sanyo Xacti CG11 can record 3 hours 51 minutes on this mode.
Other features include a 5x optical zoom, mini-HDMI output, anti-shake, stereo mic and integrated EyeFi technology.
All in all the Sanyo Xacti CG11 looks like a great little HD camcorder, which won’t break the bank. It’s due to release this September in Japan for $318 U.S. We hope to see it around the world soon! Sanyo.jp
